Post subject: Is this the "throw out bearing" making this noise?

I have a noise when I depress/release my clutch. It is audible whether the car is on or not. I am doing some research and came across this thread on e46fanatics, but I really don't think throwing some lube/grease up there is going to resolve the problem. More searching round points to the throw out bearing from some other e46'ers. While others point to the clutch arm bushings (plastic) that is worn out and needs to be replaced. store.uucmotorwerks.co...s-p40.aspx

Anyone got any ideas?

Not my car or vid, but this is my exact noise:

I just ordered up a set of the bushings to replace this weekend so we'll see if that fixes it, but I have a feeling it is something deeper into the clutch system.

My E36 makes that noise ever since I installed the twin disk. Its defiantly not the throwout bearing, I had a feeling it was the stronger pressure plate adding resistance to the system, but maybe not.

Sounds like a pedal bushing but I have never heard one being that loud before.

If it makes the noise when the car is off, that would be my first guess.
