I mean seriously WTF!??

$5-$8k for a E30 that's decent.

Fuck that! I'll spend that and get a GREAT e39 540i, or a bit more and get a higher mileage E46 M3 (may have to settle for a soft top but whatevs)

I should have bought every 325is I laid my eyes on 3 years ago for $3k. I'd be fucking rich.

The most I would pay is 6K for a clean and stock E30. They are just getting harder to find. Same goes for E36s and with spec E46 starting up, I would hold onto those 330s

These are dark times, there is no denying. Our world has perhaps faced no greater threat than it does today.

Shits crazy!

Bitches be trippin. Asking price for decent e30 M3s has nearly doubled in two years.

The thing I wish I had is the M3. E28 prices are up too, which is fine.

Wait hold on? What's spec e46. And I doubt it would save the e46 market. E46 have dropped so low in value over the last two years. Its becoming the new Honda. I work in Maryvale and mexican kids are buying em left and right.

I have a theory that hipsters are the hidden reason why the e30 is skyrocketing in value. They did it to the 90's Volvo market.

On the other end of the argument. If you put a "good deal " up you get told they are just old cars and not worth what you are asking. And you cant take maintenance in to account when determining the price.

People don't want to pay the price that is conducive of what It takes to take a 1500 crap box and turn it into a reliable daily driver. What you end up with is 3k into a car That is only worth 1500.

We just had this convo!

It's always the people that don't have the $ to buy too. Bastards

Often times, what the seller thinks is a good deal is a pile of shit. Sometimes not.

.

Haven't seen anything descent for reasonable on craigslist for the past 5 years in regards to the most desirable models 89-91 coupes. They all need major work from paint jobs to engine work.

There was a mint condition always garaged 1989 coupe that sold for $11k out of Scottsdale and it was only on craigslist for 7 days.

My friend stopped driving his E30 M3 after people following him home to leave a note on the door if he is interested in selling the bmw.

We purchased my brothers Delphin car for $2,400 iirc and it was cleannnnn and a very fair price. We didnt even try and haggle becuase itwas a good deal. That same car could probably sell for 5,500 given the correct buyer and that is absolutely ridiculous. Hang on to what you have becuase good finds are harder to come by. Even non enthusiasts are realizing what they ahve now
