The previous owner had the rear shaft rebuilt with a serviceable u-joint. Nice! However the front shaft seems to be used and is non serviceable lol wtf! Probably why the drive line was out of balance.

Apparently, you and your mechanic are too dumb to realize that the center support bearing failureis a symptom of a bigger problem. Also, the halves of the driveshafts are independently balanced, so if the dots line up, there won't be a problem.

Probably why he sold the car. They replaced the drive line but it was out of balance and the center support went out quick. He was probably like these garbage bmws lol.... I can put more pics but it says i have reached my maximum upload quota limit of 2 MB wtf why is it so hard to get pics on this fucking forum!?......
.. any ways we also changed the trans fluid because it was grinding going into 3rd and would kinda want to pop out. i had to double clutch going into 3rd for it not to grind. I thought it was going to need a rebuild but it turns out it had less than a quart of gear oil in and it was black as crude oil and burnt to shit....
two bottles of Pennzoil synchromesh later and it is shifting smooth, no grinding....
Ill let you guys know how the glued csb holds up. it dose vibrate a bit now since its kinda "too stiff" but it will get broken in.... and i am a strait up guy if it dose not work i wont lie ill tell you guys lol.

I had a CSB in my old 535 which had a piece of fuel hose siliconed in. Car was undrivable on the freeway. Ended up getting a reman shaft out of a yard car and the car finished out its life on that.

Oh yeah? well maybe you should not be such a dick head and help others sometimes, even if they don't meet your stuck up standards, instead of just talking shit. I dont care If there is a bigger problem that you may have a solution for... because i dont need your help bitch. I was trying to be nice... even kinda poking fun at my self for trying this. but your talking shit about a guy you dont even know, who may have unorthodox methods but he is a great mechanic who would whoop your fat man titty ass with both hands tied behind his back....
I am just going to keep driving my ultimate machine and clutch kicking corners (once i get a 3.73lsd put in) because thats what these cars where made for. It's not a cherry bimmer and putting glue on the csb may not be what the car needed. but it sure as hell isnt going to hurt anything.

This thread is rather shallow and pedantic.

Lol yes it dose. That is the kind of friendly shit talking that I can take haha. That's actually funny... horse jizz makes for one solid driveline tho haha.....
And something I forgot to say last night is because the two halves of the shaft ARE balanced separately. It means that one could easily be out of balance. Throwing the whole line off. I dont trust the front shaft because it was not rebuilt by beyer motor works. The rear was... anyways car is super smooth now at all speeds.
