Since all of you dont visit Bf.c F/I, I will update progress here aswell.

Enjoy.

Here are the major components of the build

Journal Bearing Precision 6265 .81A/R with the billett wheel
Custom Topmount manifold
Tial MVR 38mm wastegate
Synapse BOV
ARP 20000 studs
.140 MLS
Staying OBDII, Will be Technica Tuned
Walboro 255 pump

Figuring out where I want my Turbo to sit.

Starting the tear down

Plugs look amazing after 6k, promising for the internals.

Headers Out

I only had a short E8 socket, getting to the front bolts was a PITA, so I came up with this

Head is off, Super clean, very impressed, the head only had a variance of .002 across the board, I could just use it, but I need the RA for the MLS so It will be going to the machine shop.

Block is the same, very clean, pistons had minimal build up. :alright

Pistons cleaned up, I used acetone and sharped block of wood.

Parts Table

Also Mounted up the intercooler. Made a bracket off the PDF that is floating around the F/I section. Works great, cost me 6 bucks.

Theres the Start. Next update will be Block prep and Manifold construction.

Pretty sure Ill need all the luck I can get, I had no issues getting this far. I would probably be done with the manifold by now but I have been practicing my TIG so I can prevent all possible problems. I made a bunch of caps on the lathe so I can backpurge all of the pipes.

San, I ditched the original design and have a new one, should be as close to equal pressure as possible, if my math is right, but it will be seen once its done. Twisted Evil

I'm going to tap the manifold, just as easy as t-ing off a line.
