I've been in the market for an e30 for awhile now, and I just don't know what I should be paying for one that runs and doesn't have major issues. Does anyone have a clue on how much it would cost to buy a late model e30 in either AZ or CA? any feedback would be awesome, thanks in advance

AZ will cost you around 4-7k depending. Cali depends on the City really. Some really cheap "looks good" in pictures cares have been popping up in Santa Barbara2-3k ish. But Check any CA City you'd feel like driving out to. But From what I've seen Its gonna be around 4-7k for a decent late model with "low issues"

thanks tron. do you usually just search on craiglist to find these cars because in the phoenix area it seems so rare to even find a late model e30 being sold.

Yeah just craigslist. They'll be a dry spell for a bit. Then comes the flood, just wait for the right one. It'll find you most times.. e30s work in mysterious ways.

Drift scene ruined all the cheap rwd cars.. Now they're all owned by kids who can barely insure/fuel them! Sad

The convertibles still seem reasonable. Scott's car would be great:

Then just keep your eyes peeled for a hard top if you want to go that route.

Yeah, I've been looking for awhile now.
I'm not really trying to go in a convertibles direction.
