Still shopping around for someone to do it.....
it's about 2 years out. I was going to trade the M in so I could buy a house in June, but didn't work out. So i'll be buying in Dec. Once I get settled then the fun will begin.

Forget what everyone is saying, a boosted S54 will drive nothing like an S62. I think this would be simply AWESOME. For the price of the S62 and install minus whatever you get for selling your S54 it may not be that much more than a turbo kit.
The problem like others have mentioned is space. You wont be able to use the rack and pinion steering, if they cant fit the S62 with R&P in the huge E39 engine bay, no way is it gonna happen in an E46.

This will never happen and if it did it would end up costing 50Gs.

LOL. I know it won't cost 50g.
This thread kinda became more than I wanted it to be. I was just really shopping around for someone that has done it here in the valley. Mostly because something like this takes lots of planning. I'm not even going to start the actual build until I'm settled in my new house and have a new DD.

or you could just do this.
and have ungodly amounts of power, still run on pump fuel, and there will be NO SES lights.

Like the VT1 and VT2 product the VT3 will be designed to run on 100% pump fuel. These custom kits will be available for installation at our Arizona and Norway location.
