Post subject: advice on 533i p/s

I just got done swapping a b35 into my 84 533i. It runs and idles fine but now the powersteering pump is an issue. The design for the 533 uses straight threaded connectors while the b35 and e28 535i use banjo fittings.

My question is if i can use the p/s lines off an e28 535i and bolt them on the 533i. My other option is to take it to a shop who i know can redo all the fittings and make it work.

Id like to keep costs down so if anyone has something that might work like the 535i lines then i would be interested in buying.

If you have the 535 lines, use those. They all go to the same places. Most people that do the swap use the E28 accessories and swap the bracket on the left side of the motor.
