Post subject: F my rear axles...

I need to replace my rear axles on my 94 325i and I can't get this huge 30mm 12 point to budge...I tried someone on the brakes, tried on the ground, PBblaster, whack'n the socket while on the nut, whack'n the hub surrounding the nut, a breaker bar almost 2.5' long....nothin....I hear you can roast the nut and axle with a torch of some sort, but I also hear that ruins your bearings, which I'm not trying to replace at this time...besides replacing the entire control arm and hub assembly, what might my next move be?

Did you bend back where it was pinned over to lock on the axle?

Okay F my rear axles, open diff vs. lsd, are the internal splines the same on both? If I could swap my output flanges then I could just leave my axles alone.

I'm going from an m3 lsd, to a open diff.

My dumb ass sold my lsd...

The lsd was a 3.18(I believe) from a m3 (unsure of the year) so the axles (that don't fit my open diff) must also be m3/lsd...

Does anyone know the correct diff/flanges that i need?
