Post subject: e36 m3 asc problem :/

Hello! I have a new to 97 m3 and the other day I was driving her a little Randy and noticed my asc light came on and would not go out. I popped the Hood and noticed that some how the sensor on top of the throttle body was unplugged. So I plugged it back in and the asc light went out and no more problem! Unfortunately now anytime I floor it or drive fast that plug keeps unplugging itself.

It plugs in like its supposed to, it clicks and everything. Any help with this would be appreciated!

For some reason I've never been able to post pics on this forum but it is the one that is in the top of the throttle body just after the maf sensor. If any of you can tell me what I'm doing wrong as far as posting pictures it would be appreciated.

If its coming unpluged then the wire is routed wrong and to tight try running the wire a diffrent way for more slack

I'd like to keep the car as original as possible. I'm gonna hopefully have this sorted this evening.

So I'm making progress on my issue. It looks like the asc sensor is hitting my Hood which is pushing on the clip.

If that plug is coming off it could be caused by excessive engine movement.
