both fog bulbs are out of service. any suggest on a manufacturer or website to purchase new pair of bulbs (yellow) is the key

Buy a set of HID's from DDM, they are the same price, better light, 3000k bulbs will be plenty yellow, and plug and play. Its literally impossible to install them incorrectly.

Ive just gotten mine from Walmart. The lenses dont last long enough for me to spend any more money than bottom dollar on the E30. YMMV though.

any installation guild for the kit, be first time installing a lighting kit on vehicle.

I was referring to stock H3 bulbs from walmart.

As for the HID's, they are pretty self explanatory. Mine wired in directly in place of my 9006 low beams, H3 connectors for your fogs may require a bit more ingenuity, but nothing that should take too long to do (jumper harness from your fog connector to whatever the HID ballast uses for a connector, 9006 is most common)
